"It is recommended that the teachers of a subject at a school or cluster of schools first put together a broad subject outline (Subject Framework) for the three grades to arrive at an understanding of the content of the subject and the progression which needs to take place across the grades…. Thereafter, teachers teaching the same grade need to work together to develop a year long Work Schedule for their subject. The Work Schedule should indicate the sequence in which the content ... will be presented for the subject…. Finally, individual teachers should design Lesson Plans using the grade-specific Work Schedule as the starting point. (LPG, p. 4)
