The Quality Improvement, Development, Support & Upliftment Programme (QIDS UP) of the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) has provided your school with a jungle gym and fencing for the area on which the jungle gym has been installed.

Attached please find a completion certificates for the jungle gyms and the fencing project to be filled in after completion of the work at the school.

The school principal, School Governing Body (SGB) chairperson and the contractor are requested to fill in the form indicating whether the work has been completed satisfactorily and meets the safety requirements.

The completion certificate must be sent by registered post to the WCED, for the attention of Miss V Madasi, within five working days of completion of the work.
