1. The preliminary entries for the above examinations are enclosed for checking. Should any candidate's details be incorrect, the correction(s) must be made in red on the candidate's printout. In cases where candidates are omitted, all particulars of such candidates (as required for the preliminary list of entries) must be submitted in writing to the Directorate: Examinations Administration.
2. This is the final opportunity to make changes to candidates' examination particulars. For your records, please keep a copy of these printouts and any correction(s) made.
3. Please note that the subject Mathematics has a Third Paper which is optional. However, if you have candidates who wish to write the Third Paper, you must indicate "Paper 3" in red next to the subject Mathematics on the learner's printout.
4. For each music subject, the musical instrument offered by the candidate must be indicated. You are, therefore, requested to write the name of musical instrument the candidate will be offering next to the candidate's music subject.
5. It is expected of each candidate, parent or guardian (if possible) and principal to sign each candidate's printout to confirm that all information on it has been checked and, where necessary, corrected. Even if no errors appear on a candidate's printout, the principal must confirm in writing that the candidate's examination details are correct.
6. Once checked, amended (if necessary) and signed, the candidates' entry printouts must be returned to the Directorate: Examinations Administration (For attention: Mrs C Abrahams) by Monday, 21 July 2008.
7. Your assistance will be much appreciated.
