The Western Cape Education Department (WCED) completed Phase 1 of the design of its online inventory on 20 March 2008 and has started on Phase 2.

During Phase 2 it will not be possible to enter any data on the online inventory.
|

Completed questionnaires and inventories that have not yet been sent to the WCED should therefore be kept at schools.
|
| 4. |
After Phase 2, all WCED schools will have access to the online inventory. Schools that have not submitted their completed questionnaires and inventories will then be given an opportunity to capture their data online themselves.
