1. Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden will be hosting an exhibition, from 09:00 -16:00 on 22 May 2008, on the theme: What is biodiversity and who is involved?
2. The event is targeted at Grades 10 to 12, as well as students in tertiary education, and focuses on current biodiversity conservation projects in the Western Cape.
3. Important and interesting topics related to conservation work will be presented, and information will also be provided on biodiversity-related careers and fields of study at tertiary institutions.
4. Schools are reminded that attendance at this event during school hours must be done with the permission of the district director and at the school's cost.
