1. The mark sheets, as mentioned in Circular 0056/2007, are enclosed for completion please. The mark sheets for individual subjects must be handed to the subject teacher. If the mark sheet for a specific paper has not been received, the Department should be notified without delay.
2. A mark sheet control list is also provided. This will assist the principal to check that all the relevant mark sheets were received by the school and to control the return of the mark sheets to the Department. (The mark sheet control lists should not be returned to the Department.)
3. Subject teachers must ensure that the correct mark sheet for that examination session has been received, i.e. ensure that it is for the correct subject and that the paper number is correct. (When Paper 1 is being written, please do not use a mark sheet for Paper 2.)
4. Teachers must complete the mark sheets, of which a single copy only is supplied, ensuring that the marks per question, the totals for each paper and the grand total per subject have been filled in.
5. The following mark sheets will be supplied:

Afrikaans Home Language Papers 1 and 3

Mathematical Literacy Papers 1 and 2
6. The mark sheets and scripts will be collected on 29 and 30 November 2007 by Skynet Courier Service (telephone number 021 531 9191).
7. All enquiries regarding mark sheets that have not been received must be directed to Ms I Gonçalves at 021 467 2911.
