1. The preliminary list of entries for the 2007 examination of the Grade 11 learners who are registered at your school/centre is hereby included for checking. The particulars for each learner appear on these printouts. Please check the data for all learners and amend where necessary
  • In red on the included preliminary schedules; AND
  • on the CEMIS.
2. Annexure B ("Confirmation of Corrections") must be filled in completely and signed and returned to the Department by no later than 15 June 2007.
3. If there are no errors on the printouts, principals or centre managers are still required to confirm in writing that the particulars on the schedule are correct in all respects by filling in the attached Annexure B.
4. Principals must please ensure that any amendments made in respect of the learners are also amended on the CEMIS.
5. Principals or centre managers are requested to make the necessary arrangements with Skynet Couriers (telephone: 021 531 9191) to collect the amended preliminary schedules to reach the Department at the following address by no later than 15 June 2007:
