The mission of the Metro Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is to provide a health focused EMS System delivered by skilled, efficient and motivated personnel. They wish to make a significant contribution to the development of emergency medical care as a profession in South Africa.

Posters will be posted to all high schools in the Western Cape from 1 November 2007 advertising a career in the Emergency Medical Services. Schools are requested to display the posters for the attention of current Grade 12 learners.
