1. As schools are preparing learners for the National Senior Certificate which assesses the National Curriculum Statement in 2008, it is vitally important that the WCED undertakes a complete analysis of the Grade 10 and Grade 11 results in order to be able to supply support where needed.
2. Principals are therefore requested to complete the attached Grade 10 & 11 June Summary Sheet (Addendum A1 and Addendum A2) and fax or e-mail it to the person at your EMDC, as indicated in table below by 28 June 2007. Any school that cannot do so must inform the EMDC in writing, giving reasons for being unable to do so.
