The pacesetters for Mathematics Grades 10 and 11 sent out in November 2006 under cover of Curriculum Minute DCD/0109/2006 omitted certain Assessment Standards.

The attached pacesetters, which address all the relevant Assessment Standards for Grades 10 and 11, therefore replace the previous versions sent out in November 2006.

Principals must please ensure that copies of the attached pacesetters are made available to each FET Mathematics teacher on the staff to ensure that the teachers complete the curriculum.

Should teachers require additional support, they should contact the relevant curriculum advisers at their EMDC.
