Ngo-2005 iSebe i-WCED laqulunqa imiyalelo yokuphunyezwa komgaqo-nkqubo kumaziko emfundo nakwiikholeji zeFET ukuqinisekisa ukuba kuyangqinelwana neSicwangciso soBulungisa kwezeNgqesho seSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni kunye neenjongo zaso kwakunye neenjongo zoMthetho woBulungisa kwezeNgqesho, ka-1998.
