1. ICandelo loQinisekiso lweMigangatho lingathanda ukubulela iinqununu neekomiti zophuhliso lwezakhono zootitshala (staff development teams) (STDs) ngokusabela kwazo ngokukhawuleza isicelo sethu sokuba makungeniswe amanqaku ovavanyo lokwandlalela eNkqubo eBanzi yoLawulo lwemiGangatho (Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) baseline scores) ootitshala ababeqalisa inkqubo yokulinganiswa kwentsebenzo okokuqala ngqa ngo-2006.
2. Ukuze isikolo ngasinye siqinisekise ukuba siyanelise kangakanani imimiselo yeMvumelwano 8 ka-2003 neMibutho yaBasebenzi (Collective Agreement 8 of 2003), engokuqaliswa kwe-IQMS ngabo bonke ootitshala abasezikolweni, iSebe leMfundo likazwelonke liye laqulunqa uluhlu lokutshekisha (checklist), ekopi yalo iqhotyoshelweyo. Le khweshine/olu luhlu (audit) luya kuphumeza ezi njongo zilandelayo:
  • Ukwenza izikolo ukuba zizivavanye ngokwazo (self-evaluation) inkqubela yazo ngokumalunga ne-IQMS

  • Ukunika eli Candelo loQinisekiso lweMigangatho ingcaciso engokuphunyezwa kwe-IQMS eNtshona Koloni xa isetyenziselwa ukwenza uphicotho oluqhubekela ezikolweni kwikota yesithathu kwibathwana lezikolo ezikhethiweyo (sampled schools). (Izikolo ezikhethiweyo ziya kwaziswa ngeleta ngokukhethwa kwazo)

3. Kwakuqgitywa nje ukuzivavanya, iinqununu nee-SDT ziya kuba nako ukuthatha amanyathelo ayimfuneko okulungisa izinto ukwenzela ukuqinisekisa ukuthotyelwa kwemvumelwano nemibutho yabasebenzi kwakunye nesicwangciso sabaphathi.
4. Ukuba ufumana naziphi na iingxaki malunga nokuphunyezwa kwe-IQMS okanye nokuqonda ngezinto ezilindelekileyo kwisicwangciso sangoku sabaphathi, njengoko sichaziwe kwikhalenda yethu ka-2006, qhagamshelana ne-ofisi yethu ngoko nangoko uchaze ofuna ukukwenzelwa.
