1. Iimvumelwano ezisandula kuqukunjelwa neMibutho yaBasebenzi abakwiBhunga leMfundo lezoBudlelane emSebenzini (Education Labour Relations Council) (ELRC) zibonelela oku kulandelayo:
1.1 IMvumelwano 3 ka-2006 neMibutho yaBasebenzi ( Collective Agreement 3 of 2006 ): [ubukhulu: 958 KB]  Ingokuhlelwa ngokutsha kwezikolo zikarhulumente nohlenga-hlengiso lwemivuzo yeenqununu ngokwale mimiselo mitsha yokuhlela
1.2 IMvumelwano 5 ka-2006 neMibutho yaBasebenzi ( Collective Agreement 5 of 2006 ): [ubukhulu: 791 KB]  Imisela ukuba bonke ootitshala abasezikolweni nabasezi-ofisini kufanele bafumane unyuselo-mvuzo olukhawulezisiweyo baze ootitshala abaneqhuzu (senior teachers) bafanele ukufumana unyuselo-sikhundleni baye kutsho kwisikhundla sikatitshala owongameleyo (master teacher)
2. Le nkqubela ilandelayo seyenziwe liSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni ngokuphathelele kwezi mvumelwano zilapha ngentla:
2.1 Zonke izikolo sezihlelwe ngokutsha ngokwemvumelwano neMibutho yaBasebenzi echaphazelekayo.
2.2 Imivuzo yeenqununu ezifanele ukufumana unyuselo-sikhundleni seyihlenga-hlengisiwe ngokungqinelana noku zaze iintlawulo zemivuzo eyalibazisekayo (arrears) zafakwa kwii-akhawunti zebhanki zazo nge-15 Juni 2006.
2.3 Ngokumalunga nonyuselo-mvuzo olukhawulezisiweyo kunye nonyuselo-sikhundleni (pay- and grade progression), uhlenga-hlengiso lweNkqubo yePesali (Persal System) yemivuzo yootitshala abafanele ukwenzelwa oku luza kusingathwa kungekudala.
3. Okufakwe apha ziikopi zeZigqibo 3/2006 no-5/2006, njengoko zamkelwayo yi-ELRC, kwaye okubhalwe apho kuzo kuchazwe ngokucace gca (self-explanatory)  [see above ].
4. Nceda wazise okubhalwe kule ngcaciso imfutshane bonke ootitshala namalungu amabhunga olawulo.
