2. Ngo-2005/2006 iCandelo loPhuhliso lweKharityhulam laqhuba iikhosi zeentskuku ezi-3 ezagxila nzulu kuLwazi lokuFunda nokuBhala nokuBala kootitshala beBakala R njengendlela yokubanika inkxaso kunye nezikolo zabo ukuba baphuhlise ulwazi, izakhono, imikhwa emihle (attitudes), iimfundiso ezisisiseko ezisavelayo (emergent) kubafundi beBakala R. Ngokujonga indlela ezifunwa ngayo ezi khosi kunye nengxelo ngokuqhubekayo ethembisa kakhulu evela kootitshala, ziya kuphinde ziqhutywe ukususela nge-26 kuye kwi-28 Septemba 2006.
3. Injongo yezi khosi
  • kukukhuthaza ukwaziwa nokuqondwa kokubaluleka kwamava ezemfundo olwazi lokufunda nokubhala nokubala olufanelekileyo ngokwesigaba sokukhula komfundi (developmentally appropriate) kwimpumlelo yexesha elizayo kwezi nkalo.

  • Ukuchaza ukuba ukuhlanganiswa kokufundisa nokufunda kuzo zontathu iiprogram zokufundisa ziphela kuluxhasa njani ulwazi lokufunda nokubhala nokubala olusavelayo

  • Ukuvelisa imisebenzi (activities) yokufundisa nokufunda yeBakaka R ehlanganisiweyo esusela kwi-NCS ephuhlisa ulwazi lokufunda nokubhala nokubala, izakhono, imikhwa emihle (attitudes), iimfundiso ezisisiseko ezisavelayo

  • Ukudibanisa ukucwangcisela ulwazi lokufunda nokubhala/nokubala kwiprogram yamihla le kwiprogram yokufundisa nokufunda engalandeli ngqo migaqo (non formal teaching and learning programme) esebenzisa ikakhulu ukudlala nokuthatha inxaxheba ekufundeni (based on play and active learning)

  • Ukuqaphela izithintelo ekufundiseni ezifanayo nezithi zichaphazele ulwazi lokufunda nokubhala nokubala olusavelayo

  • Ukuchaza imisebenzi eyenziwa mihla le emithathu ubuncinane efunwa yonke imihla kwithamthebhile yeBakala R nebaluleke gqitha ekuphuhliseni ulwazi lokufunda nokubhala nokubala olusavelayo

5. Iikhosi zoLwazi lokuFunda nokuBhala zabaSaqalayo ziya kuqhutywa kuzo zosi-7 ii-EMDC kodwa iikhosi zoLwazi lokuBala zabaSaqalayo ziya kuqhutywa kwii-EMDC ezi-5 kuphela. Iinkcukacha zeekhosi zoLwazi lokuFunda nokuBhala zabaSaqalayo zifumaneka kwisiHlomelo A zize iikhosi zoLwazi lokuBala zabaSaqalayo zibe kwisiHlomelo B.
6. Ootitshala beBakala R abafundisa njengangoku kwiiklasi ezibhaliswe kweli Sebe iWCED bafanelekile ukuba baye kwiikhosi eziqhutywa yi-EMDC yabo. Nakuba kunjalo, ukuthatha inxaxheba ekhosini kwenziwa ngokuzithandela (voluntary) yaye elona nani liphezulu liya kubhaliswa ngekhosi ngootitshala abayi-32 kuphela.
7. Ngokwengqiqo yazo, ii-EMDC ziya kukhupha isimemo esiqhelekileyo zisibhekise kwizikolo zazo okanye zimeme ezo zikolo zihlangabezanayo neekhrayitheriya ezimiselwe zii-EMDC, ezinjengokubakufuphi kwindawo yokuqhutyelwa ikhosi nokuba sele kuyiwe kwezinye iikhosi zoqeqesho. ii-EMDC ziya kuqhagamshelana nezikolo kungekudala kwaye zonke iifom zobhaliso ezizaliswe ngokupheleleyo mazibuyiselwe kwi-EMDC ngomhla okanye ngaphambi komhla we-8 Septemba 2006.
8. Akuba nje utitshala evunyiwe aze abhaliselwe ikhosi, unyanzelekile ukuba eze kwikhosi leyo, ukungaphumeleli kwakhe kungabangela ukuba loo nkcitho yenziweyo ifunyanwe kwakhona kwisikolo ngokuthi siyihlawule. Nayiphi na imibuzo ngokumalunga nobhaliso nemibandela engeekhosi mayibhekiswe kumququzeleli we-EMDC ochaphazelekayo ogama lakhe likuluhlu olunikwe kwiziHlomelo A no-B.
9. Ootitshala ababhaliso lwabo luvunyiweyo bangafaka amabango eendlelo zohambo. Kuya kuhlawulwa le nkxaso-mali ilandelayo kube kanye qwaba ngokuxhomekeka ekubeni iSebe i- WCED lifumana ifom yebango ezaliswe ngokupheleleyo nangokuchanekileyo kwindawo yokuqhubela ikhosi:

10. Bayacelwa ootitshala ukuba baqinisekise ukuba iifom zabo zamabango ezizaliswe ngokupheleleyo, zonke iinkcukacha zibe zezichanekileyo nezingqiniweyo, zingeniswa kumphathi wendawo yokuqhubela ikhosi ngaphambi kokuphela kwekhosi: Kuya kufunwa ezi nkcukacha zilandelayo ukuze kube nokuhlawulwa amabango ngeendleko zehambo:
  • Inombolo yePesali (ukuba kuyasebenza oku)

  • Inombolo ye-ID

  • Umgama ohanjiweyo ngeekhilomitha ukusuka ekhaya ukuya kwindawo yekhosi

  • Iinkcukacha zebhanki zabo bonke abaqeshwa abahlawulwa libhunga lolawulo lesikolo.

Ziya kwaliwa iifom zentlawulo yamabango eendleko zehambo ezifike kade okanye ezingachanekanga.
