1. Ngalinye iziko lemfundo elibhala iMatriki phantsi kweSebe leMfundo eNtshona Koloni (WCED) ngokwenjenje linikwa ucazululo lweziphumo ezifunyenwe ngabaviwa balo kwiimviwo zeMatriki ku-2005.
2. Ngexesha lenkqubo yokumakisha ngoDisemba, amanqaku afunyenwe ngumviwa ngamnye kumbuzo ngamnye kwiphepha loviwo ngalinye afakwe kwikhompyutha khon’ ukuze iSebe linike olu ucazululo lweziphumo kwisikolo ngasinye.
3. Ezi nkcukacha-manani zephondo ziya kusetyenziswa ngamagqiza ovavanyo ukuvavanya umgangatho nokufaneleka kwemibuzo nemigangatho ngokubanzi yamaphepha eemviwo ukuze ngokwenjenjalo kuphuculwe umgangatho wovavanyo kwiphondo.

5. Okona kubaluleke kakhulu, olu ucazululo lweziphumo lwenza ukuba isikolo ngasinye sibone apho abafundi baso baqhube kakuhle nalapho baye bafumana ubunzima khona ukuphendula imibuzo. Izikolo zinganako kwakhona ukuqaphela iimpazamo ezinokwenzeka ezifana naxa abaviwa bathi baphendule imibuzo emininzi kakhulu okanye badibanise imibuzo ngendlela engachanekanga.
6. Kufanele ezi nkcukacha-manani zincede ootitshala kumsebenzi wabo wokuqinisekisa umgangatho womsebenzi owenziwa ezikolweni zabo.
7. Ezi nkcukacha-manani zibonisa oku kulandelayo ngokubhekiselele kwisikolo ngasinye:
  • Ipesenti engaphezulu okanye engaphantsi komndilili wephondo efunyenwe ngabafundi baso kumbuzo ngamnye. Ipesenti enoplasi ibonisa umndilili wepesenti ongaphezulu komndilili wephondo, ngeli lixa ipesenti enomayinasi ibonisa umndilili wepesenti ongaphantsi komndilili wephondo.

  • Inani labaviwa abazame ukuphendula umbuzo ngamnye.

  • Umahluko phakathi kwepesenti yomndilili wamanqaku afunyenwe ngabaviwa kwiphepha lilonke nakumndilili wephondo. Oku kubonakala kwikholam yokugqibela.

8. Ootitshala abachaphazelekayo kwisifundo ngasinye mabaxoxe ngezi nkcukacha-manani, baqaphele izinto abakwazileyo ukuzenza nezo bawe phantsi kuzo, baze bayisebenzise loo ngcaciso ekwenzeni isicwangciso samanyathelo aza kwenziwa kwizifundo eso kulo nyaka nakwezayo.
9. Apho kuqatshelwe iingxaki ezinkulu kwisifundo, iintloko zezifundo maziqhagamshelane nabacebisi ngezekharityhulam ukucela uncedo. Ziyakhuthazwa iintloko zezifundo ukuba mazithathe inxaxheba ngokwazo kunye nootitshala abachaphazelekayo kwiingxoxo ezingokufundiswa kwezifundo ezenziwe amaqela ngamaqela kwezo ndawo bakuzo. Ootitshala ababafundi babo bafumene impumelelo eyodwa kwimibuzo ethile bangacelwa ngumcebisi ngezekharityhulam ukuba babelane nabanye ngeemfihlo zempumelelo yabo nezo zikolo zingaqhubanga kakuhle.
10. Ukuze kunikwe inkxaso engaphezulu ekuphuculeni ukufundiswa kwezifundo, iSebe iWCED, livelise isethi yeendlela zokufundisa izifundo ukukhawulelana nokupasa imibuzo kwephondo kumaphepha eeMviwo zeMatriki ka-2005. Iindlela zokufundisa izifundo ezihamba kunye nale ngcaciso imfutshane zibonisa ulwazi nezakhono ezifunekayo kumbuzo ngamnye kwaye zinika iingcebiso ootitshala malunga neendlela abangaphucula ngazo ukufundisa nokufunda imiba ethile yekharityhulam.
11. ISebe iWCED linengqiniseko yokuba iinqununu nootitshala baya kuzuza lukhulu kwezi nkcukacha-manani nezi ndlela zokufundisa, kwaye oku kuya kukhokelela ekuphuculweni komgangatho wokufundisa nokufunda eNtshona Koloni.
