The preliminary schedule of entries in respect of Grade 9 learners entered at your school for the 2006 examination is enclosed and must be carefully checked.

Please note that the Directorate: Examinations obtained data from the CEMIS learner tracking system to register the learners of public ordinary schools.

Please indicate in RED on the printout any learners erroneously registered or omitted and, in the case of public ordinary schools, update their information simultaneously on the CEMIS system.

The amended schedules must reach the Directorate: Examinations by no later than Monday, 31 July 2006 for the attention of Mr L. van Gensen or Mr L. Samuels, Room 417, 4th Floor, Grand Central Towers, Lower Parliament Street, Cape Town, 8001.

Should no errors appear on the printout, principals must nevertheless inform the Directorate: Examinations in writing that the details on the schedules are correct in every respect.
