The preliminary schedule of entries in respect of learners entered at your centre for the Abet Level 4 (NQF 1) assessment of June 2006 is enclosed and must please be carefully checked. Should there be any learner erroneously registered or omitted, this must be rectified in red on the printout.

This is also the final opportunity to effect any changes to the learners' particulars. Please keep a copy of such corrections for your records.

FINAL amendments to the preliminary schedule of entries must be submitted to the Directorate: Examinations not later than Monday, 15 May 2006. Should no errors appear on the printout, centre managers must nevertheless confirm in writing that the details on the schedules are correct in every respect.

Circuit managers are requested to ensure that the return date for these amendments is adhered to. Schedules received after the said date will not be considered and no changes will thus be effected.
