1. Ngenxa yeNgcaciso eMfutshane yeCandelo loLawulo lwaBasebenzi 0009/2005 yomhla we-5 Julayi 2005, kucelwa uthathele ingqalelo oku kulandelayo:
1.1 ISihlomelo E, esikhankanywe kule ngcaciso emfutshane engentla nesiyinxalenye yeseti yamaxwebhu amakazaliswe qho ngonyaka ngokweSPMDS ngokumalunga nomsebenzi ngamnye weNkonzo kaRhulumente, sichaphazela uchatha kwimvuzo ngenxa yentsebenzo (pay progression) kuphela.
1.2 Ukunikwa kwebhonasi yentsebenzo (performance bonus) kususela kwiziphumo zenkqubo ye-apreyizali iyonke efunyanwa ngumqeshwa emva kokugqiba unyaka opheleleyo ekuthi ngawo kwenziwe uvavanyo lwentsebenzo.
1.3 Nangona le miba mibini iyinxalenye yale nkqubo yonke, amaqithi-qithi (benefits) anokunikwa ngokwahlukeneyo yaye kuye kwagqitywa ke ngoko ukuba kunikwe amaqithi-qithi anguchatha kwimivuzo ngenxa yentsebenzo (pay progression) kwiimeko apho iifom zeSihlomelo E zafikayo (received) kunye nokuzuza i-apreyizali ebonisa ubuncinane intsebenzo eYanelisayo (Satisfactory). Iibhonasi zentsebenzo, kwelinye icala, ziya kunikwa kuphela emva kokuba zonke iingxelo zimodareyithiwe.
1.4 Kukwabalulekile ukuqaphela ukuba kwiimeko apho, umzekelo, kubonisiweyo kwiSihlomelo E ukuba intsebenzo yomqeshwa yeNcomekayo (Commendable) okanye yeQaqambileyo (Outstanding), ifom iya kwamkelwa ngeenjongo zochatha kumvuzo ngenxa yentsebenzo encomekayo, kodwa zingasetyenziselwa injongo yebhonasi yentsebenzo, njengoko iingxelo kufuneka ziqale zijongisiwe yikomiti yokumodareyitha phambi kokuba kunikwe amanqaku okugqibela.
1.5 Umhla wokugqibela wokungeniswa kwazo zonke iifom zeSihlomelo E uhlehlisiwe waya kutsho kumhla wama-31 Agasti 2005.
2. Uyabongozwa ukuba uncede ukhawulezise wazise okubhalwe kule ngcaciso emfutshane bonke abasebenzi abaphantsi kolawulo lwakho.
