1. ISigqibo 2 sika-2005 (Resolution 2 of 2005) esilungisa umbandela wocatha kwimivuzo yootitshala abawela ngaphakathi kwethuba elifanelekileyo elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002, sasayinwa ngowe11 Matshi 2005.
2. Ngokwesi Sigqibo, bonke ootitshala abawela ngaphakathi kweli thuba lifanelekileyo elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002 baya kufumana uhlenga-hlengiso lwemivuzo kude kuye kutsho kwi-3% lulonke. Olu uhlenga-hlengiso lwemivuzo luya kwenziwa nokuba kungendlela yokunyuselwa iinotshi kunye/okanye ngebhonasi ehlawulwa kube kanye qwaba (once-off cash bonus).
3. Ngokwesi Sigqibo, utitshala makabe ubesenkonzweni njengotitshala nge-1 Julayi 2004 yaye abe ugqibe ubuncinane iinyanga ezingama-24 zilandelelana zenkonzo eqhubekayo okanye engakhange iqhawuke ngethuba elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002 ukuze afaneleke ukufumana ucatha oyi-1% kumvuzo wakhe ngokumalunga nethuba ngalinye leenyanga ezingama-24 zenkonzo zilandelelana de kwaba ngumhla we-30 Juni 2002.
4. Makukhunjulwe ukuba ootitshala abashiya inkonzo emva kowe-1 Julayi 2004 nabo bafanelekile ukuba balufumane uhlenga-hlengiso lwemivuzo (salary adjustment). Ngenxa yesi Sigqibo, zonke iintlawulo zangaphambili zifuna zikhe ziphinde zijongisiswe ukwenzela ukuba kubalwe kwakhona iintlawulo ezenziwayo okanye ezafunyanwayo. Ezi ntlawulo zibandakanya ibhonasi yonyaka, amalungelo epenshini (pension benefits), iintlawulo zekhefu elingasetyenziswanga (leave gratuities), izipho-mali ngenxa yenkonzo ende (long service awards), njl. njl., kwakunye neemali ezixhuzulwa ngokumalunga nomgaqo othi “Wangasebenza, wangahlawulwa” (“No work, no pay” rule).
5. Intlawulo ecacileyo yokunyuswa kwenotshi nge-3% isebenza kubaqeshwa ebebekwisithuba esinye nakwinqanaba lomvuzo elinye (same post and salary level) ngethuba elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002. 6. 7. Ootitshala abaye banyuselwa ezikhundleni ngethuba elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002 baya kulungiselelwa ngolu hlobo lulandelayo:
  • Ngethuba ngalinye leenyanga ezingama-24 zenkonzo engakhange iqhawuke okanye ebiqhubeka okokoko ngethuba elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002 ngaphambi komhla wokunyuselwa esikhundleni kwakutsha nje, utitshala uya kufumana ibhonasi eyi-1%; kuze

  • Ngethuba ngalinye leenyanga ezingama-24 zenkonzo engakhange iqhawuke okanye ebiqhubeka okokoko ngethuba elisusela kowe-1 Julayi 1996 ukuya kowe-30 Juni 2002 emva komhla wokunyuselwa esikhundleni kwakutsha nje, utitshala uya kunyuselwa ngenotshi.

8. Ibhonasi ibalwa ngolu hlobo lulandelayo:

10. Kucelwa wazise okubhalwe kule setyhula bonke ootitshala abakwiziko/ofisi/candelo lakho, kwakunye nabo bathathe ikhefu, ukuze bonke bakuthathele ingqalelo uze ubacele ukuba bayisayine babhale nomhla ukubonisa ukuba bayifumene.
