1. Ngokwenjenje kwaziswa ngalinye iziko lemfundo eliphantsi kweSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni ukuba linikwa ucalu-calulo lweziphumo ezifunyenwe ngabafundi balo kwiimviwo zeMatriki ngo-2004.
2. Ngethuba lenkqubo yokumakisha ngoDisemba, amanqaku afunyanwa ngumfundi ngamnye kumbuzo ngamnye afakwa kwikhompyutha ukwenzela ukuba iSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni libenako ukunika olu calu-calulo lweziphumo kwisikolo ngasinye, kunye nokuqaphela iimpazamo engaba zikhona, ezinjengaxa abafundi bephendula imibuzo emininzi kakhulu okanye badibanise imibuzo ngendlela engachanekanga.
3. Ezi nkcukacha-manani zephondo ziya kusetyenziswa ngamagqiza ovavanyo (examining panels) xa evavanya umgangatho (quality) nokufaneleka kombuzo ngamnye wale mibuzo kunye nomgangatho ngokubanzi wamaphepha emibuzo.
4. Kwakhona ezi nkcukacha-manani ziza kunceda iinqununu kumsebenzi wazo wokuqinisekisa umgangatho ophezulu (quality assurance) womsebenzi owenziweyo ezikolweni. Ziyacelwa iinqununu ukuba zenze iikopi zezi nkcukacha-manani, zizigcinele ikopi enye yokusetyenziswa zizo, zize zinike ngamnye utitshala ongamele isifundo okanye utitshala ofundisa eso sifundo kwizikolo zabo ikopi.
5. Ezi nkcukacha-manani zibonisa oku kulandelayo ngokumalunga nesikolo ngasinye:
  • Ipesenteji engaphezu okanye engaphantsi komndilili wephondo efunyenwe ngabaviwa besikolo eso kumbuzo ngamnye. Ukuba inani lino-plus libonisa ukuba ipesenteji engumndilili ingaphezulu komndilili wephondo, kuze xa inani lino-minus libonise ukuba ipesenteji engumndilili ingaphantsi komndilili wephondo

  • Inani labaviwa abaye bazama ukuphendula loo mbuzo uthile.

6. Kufuneka ootitshala abafundisa isifundo ngasinye baxoxe ngezi nkcukacha-manani babone ezo zinto bazenza kakuhle nezo zaboyisayo baze bakusebenzise oko ekwenzeni amalungiselelo okufundisa isifundo eso kunyaka olandelayo.
7. Apho kuqatshelwe iingxaki mpela esifundweni, ootitshala abongamele isifundo eso mabaqhagamshelane nabacebisi ngezekharityhulam ukuze bacele uncedo. Bayakhuthazwa kwakhona ukuba mabadibane nootitshala abachaphazelekayo bamaqela ezifundo alo ngingqi baze bancedisane nabacebisi ngezekharityhulam abachaphazelekayo ekulungiseleleni oomasifundisane bokwenza loo macandelo esilabhasi uninzi lwezikolo luwenze kakubi. Apho loo macandelo esilabhasi aphendulwe kakuhle sisikolo esithile, ootitshala abongamele isifundo bangacela ootitshala abo ukuba baqhube aba masifundisane.
