The attached schedule is an explanation of the process for the advertising and filling of vacant funded posts on the approved establishment of the WCED Head Office and the EMDCs for the period 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006. Advertisements received after the due date will have to be published in the next available bulletin or in the media. A special bulletin will be published only in exceptional cases and only with the approval of the Director: Personnel Management (Public Service Staff).
