In Personnel Management Minute 14/2005 of 8 September 2005, the WCED requested that all the documents be completed in terms of the SPMDS for the above staff, that is Annexures A to E and the relevant motivation, where necessary, and that they be submitted by 21 September 2005.

At this stage, 35% of the relevant staff’s documents are still outstanding, which means that the consideration of performance rewards to public service staff (levels 1 to 12) in the WCED is being delayed. |

A final due date for the submission of these documents has now been set as 21 October 2005. The employees whose documents have not been received by then will not be considered for the granting of possible benefits. |

Your co-operation and adherence to the set due date will be appreciated, as no further extensions will be granted. |
