Please note that the due date for the submission of requisitions for goods or services to be obtained by tender is 18 November 2005. This is the annual cut-off date because the procurement of goods or services via bid processes is a lengthy process, and because no tenders may close between 15 December and 15 January. If the goods or services are to be provided and paid before the end of the 2005/06 financial year, your requisition must reach this Directorate before 18 November 2005. |

If you submit a requisition after this date, you must confirm that you are aware that payment for the goods or services will be made in the 2006/07 financial year. |
