1. Kindly refer to Examination Minute 0044/2005 with regard to the despatching of question papers to examination centres in 3 consignments.
2. The mark sheets and attendance register will be delivered to schools, together with the corresponding question papers.

N.B. All enquiries regarding mark sheets must be directed to Messrs. P. Jekels/J Molfert (Tel: 021 467 2913/2915). Mr C Berry (Tel: 021 467 2265) will deal with enquiries about the delivery of question papers.

3. The mark sheets, in quadruplicate, must be handed to the chief invigilator by the principal or centre manager. The original and the first two copies must accompany the scripts when sent to the Department. The third copy must be kept by the principal or centre manager for record or enquiry purposes.
4. The attendance registers are provided in duplicate and must be handed to the chief invigilator by the principal or centre manager. The original must accompany the scripts to the Department. The chief invigilator must keep the copy for record or enquiry purposes.
5. A mark sheet control list is also included. This will assist the chief invigilator to check that all relevant mark sheets were received by the school and that the relevant mark sheets are returned to the Department.
6. Please refer to the Procedure Manual for Principals and Invigilators which has already been provided to principals, centre managers and chief invigilators for the procedures to be followed when completing the mark sheets and attendance registers and despatching the answer scripts to the Department.

N.B. AN EARNEST APPEAL IS MADE TO PRINCIPALS, CENTRE MANAGERS AND CHIEF INVIGILATORS TO ENSURE THAT THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.
