1. The final schedule of entries are attached for record purposes. Kindly note that the examination numbers printed on this computer printout are the final examination numbers allocated to the learners.
1.1 Please check that all the corrections have been made. If there are errors on the schedule, the Directorate: Examinations must immediately be notified of these in writing.

The Department will not make any new subject and/or grade changes. (Please refer to Examination Minute 0031/2004 dated 27 July 2004, as well as Circular 0223/2003)

1.2 Please take note that the procedure for submitting the June and September marks on the final schedules of entries have been changed and the schedules should not be send back to the Department as was done in the past. Your June and September marks should however be readily available when the Department requires the relevant marks, eg. during the completion of irregularities, etc. For this reason it is necessary that principals must be telephonically contactable during the December holidays, or alternatively arrangements should be made with a teacher. You are also requested to send a copy of your own mark schedule for June and September to the Assessment Coordinator at the EMDC to monitor the learners’ progress.
2. Completion of Addendum A

Please indicate diacritics on the learners’ surname and names on the list included and send it back to the Department before or on 19 September 2005, for attention Mr. F. Jacobs.

3. A list of private learners who will be writing the examination at your school, is included for your information, where applicable. A copy of this list must be given to the Chief Invigilator of your school.
