During August 2005 the Western Cape Education Department will run an awareness campaign in the printed media by the placement of the attached advertisement, to make parents aware of their rights and responsibilities regarding the annual budget meeting at public schools. The purpose of this Minute is to make you aware of the campaign to enable you to prepare for possible queries from parents that might arise regarding the advertisement.
