1. IZINTO NGOKUBANZI
1.1 Ngenxa yokuba iSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni lineenjongo zokwandisa ulwazi lophuhliso lwengqiqo (conceptual development) kubafundi beSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni, ngokusebenzisa iMathematics, Science and Technology Strategy, iya kube ibonelela isikolo sikarhulumente seprayimari nganye nabafundi besigaba sesiseko ngeKhithi yeMathematika, iSayensi neThekhinoloji (Mathematics, Science and Technology Kit).
1.2 Izixhobo ezikule khithi zingasetyenziselwa ukufundisa zonke iziphumo zezifundo kwiinkalo zezifundo zontathu, ngokunjalo nakwiziphumo zezifundo kwiinkalo zezifundo ezizalanayo.
1.3 Kufuneka iqapheleke eyokuba izikolo ezinabafundi abambalwa kuma-37 kwisigaba sesiseko kunye nezikolo ezithile ziya kufumana ikhithi elungelelanisiweyo.

2. UKUZISWA KWEKHITI YEMATHEMATIKA, ISAYENSI NETHEKHINOLOJI
2.1 Ukuziswa kwale khiti ezikolweni kuya kuqala ngomhla wama-25 Januwari 2004 kuze kuqukunjelwe ngomhla wama-28 Februwari 2004.
2.2 Kwimeko nganye
2.2.1 ilungu leKomiti yezoLawulo lweSikolo (School’s Management Team (SMT)) mayibe lilo elamkela ikhithi eziswe ngekhuriya.
2.2.2 isingxobo/izingxobo mazivulwe ekhona umntu ojongene nekhuriya kuze kuhlolwe uludwe lwezibonelelo zoncedo oluya kube lusesingxobeni eso.

2.2.5 Inqununu iyacelwa iqinisekise ukuba le nkqubo igqitywa ngokukhawuleza njengoko inkonzo yekhuriya ixakeke ngokumandla.

3. AMALUNGISELELO ALANDELA EMVA KOKUZISWA KWEENCWADI
3.1 Emva kokuziswa kweencwadi inqununu mayiqinisekise ukuba zonke izinto zifumana ukuphawulwa zize zibhaliswe kwizibonelelo zoncedo zezikolo.

3.3 Njengoko ikhiti yenzelwe ukuba makwabelwane ngayo ngabo bonke ootitshala kwisigaba sesiseko, kulindeleke ukuba ibe nokusetyenziswa rhoqo, ngeso sizathu inkqubo esebenzayo yokubeka iliso nolawulo ibalulekile.

4. UQEQESHO
4.1 Ikopi enye eyimanyuwali katitshala eneelesini pleni kunye nevidiyo iya kusiwa kuzo zonke izikolo ngoFebruwari 2004. Imanyuwali leyo iya kufumaneka ngesiNgesi okanye iAfrikansi ngokuxhomekeke kulwimi lokuhlohla lwesininzi sabafundi abakweso sikolo sichaphazelekayo. Izikolo ziya kuba nako ukuodola iikopi ezingaphezulu kwiSupedi Trust. Izinto ekutshintshiswe ngazo eziyinxenye yekhiti zingaodolwa kananjalo ngeSupedi. 4.2 Ngenxa yokunqongophala kwemali, kuphela ngamashumi asibhozo kuphela ootitshala kwi-EMDC nganye abaya kufumana uqeqesho oluya kuba lusenziwa ngabanikezela ngeenkonzo (iSupedi Trust) eziphathelele kusetyenziso lwekhiti ukuxhasa ukuphunyezwa kweziphumo zemfundo kwimathematika, isayensi nethekhinoloji, kugxininiswa kwimathematika. Imigaqo esetyenziswe ekuchongweni kootitshala iya kubandakanya izikolo ezifuna inkxaso eyodwa kunye nezikolo ezinootitshala abanokusebenza njengootitshala ngaphakathi kwimida yezikolo abasebenzisana nazo (clusters). I-EMDC yiyo eya kuthi icebise ngeleta malunga nokuba zeziphi na izikolo eziya kuthi zifumane olu qeqesho.
4.3 Ootitshala bayacelwa babandakanye ezi zibonelelo zoncedo lokubandakanya ezi zixhobo zokuncedisa izifundo kwisicwangciso sophuhliso lootitshala besigaba sesiseko.
4.4 Abacebisi ngezekharityhulam besigaba sesiseko abakwii-EMDC baya kunikezela ngenkxaso engaphezulu ebudeni bonyaka.

5. IINKCUKACHA EZILUNGISELELWE ABO BANEMIBUZO
