The WCED initiated a system which aims to improve the control over the flow of files. This system is known as the WCED online electronic file tracking system. This system has been completed and will be implemented with immediate effect. |

The enclosed information document gives an overview of the WCED’s online electronic file tracking system. The implementation of the online electronic file tracking system will have an effect on the functioning of all directorates in the WCED. |
