The Senior Certificates of successful candidates and the subject certificates of unsuccessful candidates for the March 2004 examination, as well as the combined certificates for November 2003 examination candidates with additional credits (N3 subjects), are enclosed for distribution to the candidates concerned. |

A complete list of all the enclosed certificates are provided. Please report any problems or errors in writing to the Western Cape Education Department (WCED) within 14 working days of receipt of the certificates. |

ALL CERTIFICATES WHICH ARE STILL OUTSTANDING WILL BE FORWARDED DIRECTLY TO THE CANDIDATES CONCERNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. |

You are requested to keep a complete record of candidates' acknowledgements of receipt of certificates. Note that any person who signs for receipt of a Senior Certificate must produce a valid identity document. |
