All schools that offered grade 9 in 2003 are kindly requested to supply their summary recording sheets which contain the November 2003 grade 9 CASS marks, as well as the marks for section A and B of all learners either on stiffy or hard copy to the Directorate: Examinations.

The summary recording sheets are required by the national department in order to facilitate an evaluation of the GETC process to inform decisions regarding the issuing of a General Education and Training Certificate.
