Copy charges for printing have not been increased for the past two financial years. However, owing to the increase in the cost of paper and printing, this office has no option but to increase the tariffs for printing from 0.15c to 0.18c per A4 copy with effect from 1 April 2004. This still a cost effective tariff in comparison with private sector prices. |

The tariffs for glue and ring binding remains R8.20 per book for the 2004/2005 financial year. |

All printing requests received by this office after 15 March 2004 will be charged according to the increased tariffs. |
