1.	Circulars 78/2002, 138/2003 and 205/2003 regarding amendments of acts, financial allocations and financial statements, respectively, refer.

2.	Circulars 138/2003 and 205/2003 indicate that the required documentation must be submitted directly to the EMDC. As from 1 May 2004 all relevant applications for approval and enquiries in respect of Circular 78/2002 must also be sent directly to the relevant EMDC.

3.	For your convenience and affirmation, the following applications and financial reports must be sent directly to the relevant EMDC, for the attention of the Director.

Applications for approval regarding the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act 84 of 1996) as amended (SASA), as indicated in the following circulars:
