1. We are aware that telephone users at Head Office buildings are experiencing daily problems with their telephone lines. A new telephone solution is being procured via the Western Cape Government's (WCG) Broadband Contract and will be installed as soon as the LAN equipment has been procured by SITA.
2. Telephone users must please note that as from 24 November 2015 the voicemail facility on the current telephone system will no longer be available. Users are requested to redirect their telephone lines to a colleague when out of office or away from their workstations.
3. To divert your calls to a colleague dial *60 plus the extension number where the calls should go to. To de-activate the functionality on your return to your office or workstation dial *64 to cancel the divert.
