1. 4. 6. Impumelelo yeprojekthi i-HR Connect iya kuxhomekela kuthatho-nxaxheba lwabo bonke abaqeshwa beSebe iWCED. Kuya kufuneka kwakhona abaqeshwa bazalise iprofayili yomsebenzi yesithuba ngasinye. Njengoko amasebe ahlukeneyo esebenzisa iitayitile zezithuba zemisebenzi ezingafaniyo kwimisebenzi efanayo nolwazi lomsebenzi olufanayo, iitayitile zezikhundla ezithile ziya kutshintsha zize zenziwe zingqinelane neetayitile zemisebenzi efanayo yephondo (provincial generic job titles). Ukungqinelaniswa kweetayitile zomsebenzi akusayi kuthi nangayiphi na indlela kuchaphazele isikhundla somvuzo akuso umqeshwa njengangoku okanye iimeko zengqesho yakhe.

7. Iikhweshine ze-odithi yezakhono ziya kuthunyelwa kumqeshwa ngamnye ukuqalela kwi-15 Julayi 2011. Iikhweshine ezizalisiweyo zamaziko emfundo mazibuyiselwe kwii-ofisi zezithili zemfundo ezichaphazelekayo ungadlulanga owe-1 Septemba 2011. Iikhweshine ezizalisiweyo ezivela kumaziko emfundo nezo zizaliswe ngabasebenzi bee-ofisi zezithili zemfundo ziya kuqokelelwa kwii-ofisi zezithili zemfundo ukususela nge-2 Septemba 2011 ukuya phambili. Iikhweshine ezizaliswe kwaNdlunkulu mazingeniswe kwiCandelo lezoLawulo lwaBasebenzi ungadlulanga owe-26 Agasti 2011. Ingcaciso ekwikhweshine efunyenweyo iya kuthi emva koko i-odithwe ukwenzela ukunika iprofayili ye-odithi yezakhono zomqeshwa ngamnye.
