9. Ukuba akunako ukwenzeka ukutshintshwa komsebenzi okanye ukutshintshwa apha naphaya kwendawo yokusebenzela okanye ukusiwa kwenye indawo yomsebenzi, (task or workplace accommodation or re-deployment, uMgaqo-nkqubo onge-Incapacity Leave and Ill-health Retirement (PILIR) uvumela iSebe iintsuku zomsebenzi eziyi-30 emakugqitywe ngazo iinkqubo zezolawulo nokupheliswa kwenkonzo. Ukuba ezi ntsuku ziyi-30 azanelanga ukugqiba le nkqubo, kungasetyenziswa ezinye iintsuku zomsebenzi eziyi-30, ukuze ngaloo ndlela kunikwe iintsuku eziyi-60 ezona zininzi ekuya kupheliswa ngazo inkonzo yomqeshwa ngenxa yezizathu zokungaphili.
