1. As you are aware, Mr Donald Grant is the new Provincial Minister of Education for the Western Cape.
2. Please replace the previous delegations in respect of the powers of the former MEC of Education (Mr Cameron Muir Dugmore) by the attached delegations of Mr Donald Grant. These delegations come into effect immediately and are available only in English.
3. Since circulars, minutes and/or attachments are sent out in e-mail format only, officials are expected to make their own hard copies of delegations from their e-mail, should they prefer to do so.
4. Logistical Services Minute 0019/2004 of 7 October 2004 is therefore hereby revoked.
5. Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of all concerned.
