1. 4. ISigaba 2 sesiCwangciso sokuBuyisa iXesha ekuPhulukenwe nalo siya kususela kwithuba eliqala nge-30 Julayi 2007 - 21 Septemba 2007 yaye siya kubandakanya iiyure zokufundisa ezongezelelweyo kuzo zonke izigaba, kwakunye neeklasi zangoMgqibelo neSikolo saseNtwasahlobo (Spring School) kubafundi beBakala 12.
5. IsiCwangciso sokuBuyisa iXesha ekuPhulukenwe nalo senziwa ngokuzithandela (voluntary) kubafundi nakootitshala, ngokungqinelana nesigqibo esithathwe liSebe leMfundo likazwelonke nemibutho yabasebenzi kuzwelonke. Oku kuboniswa kwisaziso esipapashwe kumaphepha-ndaba ngempelaveki ye-21 - 22 Julayi 2007. (education intervention) olunjongo ikukwaphula amandla efuthe logwayimbo.
6. Iimviwo
6.1 Siyayihlonipha into yokuba ezinye izikolo sele zizibhalile iimviwo. Izikolo zingakhetha ukungazibhali iimviwo zikaJuni okanye endaweni yoko zibhale iimvavanyo ezincitshisiweyo eziphantsi kolawulo (write scaled-down control tests) emva kokubhungisana neeSGB neeRCL.

6.4 Uvavanyo oluhamba ngokwemigaqo (formal assessment) kumaBakala 10 no-11 kwi-NCS lufuna uviwo lwaphakathi enyakeni. Ukuba abafundi abalubhalanga olu viwo ngekota yesibini, kufuneka balubhale ngekota yesithathu ukulungiselela iimviwo zokugqibela nokubonelela ngekhowudi/ngepesenti yovavanyo oluqhutywa sisikolo ngokwaso (school-based assessment code/percentage).
6.5 Amaziko eMfundo aPhakamileyo (Higher Education Institutions) avumile ukulandisa ixesha elisikelwe ukungeniswa kweziphumo zoviwo lwaphakathi enyakeni kwaye aya kuzithathela ingqalelo iziphumo zeBakala 11 kwakunye nezo zoviwo lokulungiselela nezoviwo lokugqibela.
7. Ngenxa yokuba ingengabo bonke ootitshala kuzo zonke izikolo abathatha inxaxheba kugwayimbo, kucingelwa ukuba kungakho ukrutha-kruthwano phakathi kootitshala kwisikolo esinye. Kubaluleke kakhulu ke ngoko ukuba ubudlelwane bokusebenzisana phakathi kootitshala bube bobukhuthaza intsebenziswano ukuba sifuna ukuqinisekisa ukuba abafundi bethu abachanwa kwakhona lugwayimbo. Ngako oko ke kubaluleke gqitha ukuba inqununu, kunye neKomiti yoLawulo lweSikolo (School Management Team) neSGB, baqale iprogram yokulungisa ubudlelwane apho kuye kwakho ukungevisisani ngethuba logwayimbo.
8. Kucelwa ootitshala bangangxami ukwenza umsebenzi xa befika kwindawo apho kufuneka bafundise izakhono zokuqonda iikhonsepthi nezo zingundoqo kulwazi. Ukuze kubekwe isiseko esisiso makungabikho ndlela-mfuphi (short cut) isetyenziswayo. Naliphi na inyathelo/inqanaba elishiyelelweyo liya kwenza umonakalo kamva. Makungalindelwa ukuba abafundi bagqibe ii-asayinimenti zabo ukwenzela nje kuphela amanqaku ovavanyo.
9. Ngenxa yokungxamiseka kwemeko, siya kusiqala esi sicwangciso (iSigaba 2) nge-30 Julayi 2007. Kucelwa uqaphele amaxesha abekiweyo kolu xwebhu edatha ethile esiyifunayo ngokumalunga namanani ootitshala nabafundi.
10. Kucelwa wazise bonke ootitshala, abafundi nabazali okubhalwe kule setyhula.
