Iintlelo (ratings)
Abaphathi babasebenzi abanika iintlelo (ratings) ezingangqinelaniyo nentsebenzo kanye yomqeshwa kubangela iimeko zokulindela lukhulu ngokungafanelekileyo (undue expectations) kubaqeshwa abalolu hlobo, njengoko bekuthatha ukunikwa iibhonasi eziyimali njengento ekufanele bayifumane. Ukomodareyithwa kweentlelo yingxam yenkqubo yovavanyo lwentsebenzo, njengoko isiphumo senkqubo yokumodareyitha siqinisekisa ukuba ngaba umqeshwa uya kuyinikwa na ibhonasi eyimali okanye akazi kuyinikwa.

Abaqeshwa abanobudlelane obushushu nabaphathi bababasebenzi bafumana iintlelo eziphezulu, kungakhathaliseki ntsebenzo yabo, ukanti abo banobudlelane obungebuhle bafumana uhlelo olu "ngaphantsi kolwamkelekileyo" ("below acceptable") okanye "kolwanelisayo" ("satisfactory").
