Current national policy allows learners in special schools to offer N1 – N3 Further Education and Training (FET) college subjects with the aim of obtaining a National Certificate N1 – N3.

The current N1 – N3 FET college National Certificate programme will be terminated at the end of 2006.

Learners in special schools that offer these subjects will only be allowed to continue with this programme for 2006.
|
| 4. |
Learners who pass these subjects and who wish to proceed with their studies may then apply to enrol for the new FET college programmes at FET colleges.
