2. 3.10 Kungahlawulwa isibonelelo esiqingqiweyo ngenyanga (fixed monthly allowance) (esingumsebenzi wangotshayile otshintshisekayo - commuted overtime) kwiimeko apho umqeshwa avumayo ngeleta ebhaliweyo ukwenza, inyanga nenyanga, umsebenzi ongathathwa ngokuba uyalingana nomsebenzi wangotshayile ogunyazisiweyo. 4. Isikhokelo somgaqo-nkqubo
4.1 Nasiphi na isicelo esibhaliweyo esicela ukugunyaziswa kwangaphambili kwentlawulo yomsebenzi wangexesha langotshayile kunye/okanye ukukhululwa ithuba elithile emsebenzini masibandakanye izizathu ezisixhasayo ukwenzela ukuba kube nokuthathwa isigqibo esisiso ngokumalunga naso.
4.1.1 Makubandakanywe le ngcaciso ilandelayo kwizicelo ezimalunga nokugunyaziswa kwembuyiselo ngenxa yomsebenzo wangotshayile:

4.2 Xa abaphathi becwangcisa iiprojekthi kunye nokufaka izicelo zabo, mabasoloko bekhumbula umyinge obekelwe imbuyiselo ngenxa yomsebenzi wangotshayile njengoko kucacisiwe kumhlathi 3.8 apha ngasentla. Kwiimeko ezizodwa apho kudlulwe kowona myinge uphezulu ongama-30% makuqhotyoshelwe kwisicelo eso izizathu ezibhaliweyo nezixhaswa ngokuvokothekileyo zokuba kungani na iprojekthi leyo ifuna oku nokuba manyathelo mani na athathiweyo.

5. Amanyathelo olawulo (Control measures)
5.1 Bonke abaphathi babasebenzi neesuphavayiza maziqinisekise oku kulandelayo:
5.1.1 Umsebenzi wangotshayile ugcinwa usezantsi ngolona hlobo (kept to a minimum)

5.1.8 Kugcinwa irekhodi zawo wonke umsebenzi wangotshayile. (Oku kuquka ukusayinwa kwerejista yokubakho emsebenzini ngumqeshwa kunye nesuphavayiza, abathi bobabini bathwale uxanduva ngaloo msebenzi (misebenzi) ngexesha ngalinye lokwenziwa komsebenzi wangotshayile. 5.1.12 Makabhale iziqinisekiso zokungqina, emva kokugqitywa komsebenzi wangotshayile kwinyanga nganye, ukuba iphunyeziwe injongo yomsebenzi wangotshayile ngokwanelisayo. 6. Nceda wazise okubhalwe kule setyhula bonke abasebenzi beNkonzo kaRhulumente kwiziko lakho/kwicandelo lakho ukuze bonke bakuthathele ingqalelo.
