The Revised National Curriculum Statement Grades R-9 (Schools) Policy will be introduced in Grades 8 and 9 in 2007.

Orientation courses in all learning areas will be held for all Grade 8 and 9 teachers from 10 to 14 July 2006.

Courses will be repeated from 26 to 29 September 2006 for teachers who teach a second learning area.

Details of training venues will be given in 2006.
