You were informed via Minutes LS0010/2004 of 1 April 2004 and LS0014/2004 of 23 April 2004 that the above-mentioned system is now fully operational.

In order to ensure that the system is used for its intended purpose, the attached measures (Annexure A & B) must be carefully adhered to.

This circular replaces Minutes LS0010/2004 of 1 April 2004 and LS0014/2004 of 23 April 2004.
