1.1 Ukwanda kwenani labafundi

4. Ukumiselwa komthamo wendawo yokufundela yesikolo
4.1 Isikhokelo sokumisela umthamo wendawo yokufundela yezikolo zikarhulumente eziqhelekileyo ukulungiselela u-2005 siza kusebenzisa umlinganiselo oza kuxhomekeka kwiimeko ezithile ukusuka kwelona nani lincinane ukuya kwelikhulu (sliding scale) ongulo 35 - 38. Aba bafundi mababhaliswe kumabakala okungena kwabo okokuqala kwisikolo eso (umzekelo kwiBakala 1, iBakala 8 okanye iBakala 10).
5.7 Kwiimeko ezithile apho kufumaniseke ukuba imfuno yendawo yokufunda iphakame kakhulu, uMlawuli we-EMDC makasebenzise ingqiqo yakhe ngokumalunga nokusetyenziswa kweendawo ezifumanekayo ukuqinisekisa ukuba bonke abafundi bafumana indawo yokufunda.
5.8 Izikolo ezikwiidolophana zasemaphandleni apho kukho isikolo esinye kuphela zingacelwa ukuba zamkele abafundi abangaphezu kwenani elichazwe kwingongoma 5.6 ngasentla.
5.9 Ukuba kufikelelwa kwimvumelwano malunga nokwamkelwa kwabanye abafundi, makulandelwe zonke iinkqubo nemigaqo efunwa libhunga lolawulo lesikolo.
5.10 Ukuba akukho mvumelwano ekufikelelwa kuyo ngokumalunga nokubhaliswa kwabanye abafundi ngo-2005, isikolo sinako ukwenza isibheno kuMlawuli we-EMDC oya kuthatha isigqibo sokugqibela ngokumalunga noku.
5.11 Ukuba kubhaliswa abanye abafundi, ezo zikolo ziya kwabelwa ngo-2005 izithuba ezinikwa ngenxa yokwanda kwamanani, ifanitshala kunye neZinto zokuNcedisa ekuFundeni (Learner Support Materials) ngokungqinelana nemigangatho emiselweyo.
