Azitshitshiswanga ezi setyhula zikhankanywe apha ngasentla kuloko, apho kukho iyantlukwano kuzo nakulo mgaqo-nkqubo malunga nezolawulo, lo mgaqo-nkqubo uya kusamela/kongama koko kuqulathwe zezi setyhula.

Mabacelwe ootitshala ukuba bayifunde le setyhula kunye nomgaqo-nkqubo, baze ke basayine yaye babhale nomhla kwifom eqhotyoshelweyo eyile “Acknowledgement of receipt of information”, oko kuthi, ifom yokuvuma ukuba uyifumene ingcaciso echaphazelekayo. "Instructions to schools and recipients:
A Xhosa version of the policy document will be available at the Directorate IMGP later. Please contact the Directorate Institutional Management & Governance Planning [IMGP] at head office for information.
The delegation document should be printed and attached to the policy document, as it is part of it.
The principal's report document is also part of the circular and should be printed by the principal to be completed and handed to the circuit manager at the end of March 2004. This is to evaluate the policy and its impact on schools.
NB:
Principals are requested to first work through the policy document with their Circuit Managers to ensure correct interpretation before the document is made available and explained to the school's staff."
