B. ABANIKI-NGCEBISO (MENTORS)

Makuthathwe la manyathelo alandelayo xa kutyunjwa umniki-ngcebiso:

  • Qala uzame ukukhetha umniki-ngcebiso ofanelekileyo kwiinqununu ezikuloo sekethe okanye mmandla we-EMDC.

  • Kungenjalo, khetha umniki-ngcebiso kwelinye iziko lemfundo elikomnye ummandla we-EMDC, ngokuxhomekeka kwimvume yokukhululwa kwayo ngumlawuli waloo EMDC.

  • Ukuba ezi ndlela zikhankanywe apha ngasentla aziphumeleli, i-EMDC echaphazelekayo ingacela iCandelo lezobuDlelwane emiSebenzini (Directorate: Labour Relations) kwaNdlunkulu ukuba likhangele umniki-ngcebiso ofanelekileyo kwiziko ledatha lalo.

C. IMISEBENZI NEEMFANELO ZOMNIKI-NGCEBISO
  • Ukubeka izinto eziza kwenziwa nezisusela kwiimfuno zesikolo, bakwenze oku bonke kunye (o.k.t. ikomiti yolawulo lwesikolo - school management team)

  • Ukubamba iintlanganiso qho nokunika ingxelo ngokuqhubekayo kubo bonke abathathi-nxaxheba esikolweni (o.k.t. ootitshala, ibhunga lolawulo lesikolo nabameli babafundi)

  • Ukuhlonipha igunya lenqununu, ukubhungisana nayo qho nokwenza umsebenzi wakhe njengomniki-ngcebiso wayo

  • Ukubambisana namalungu abasebenzi besikolo kunye nebhunga lolawulo lesikolo nokugcina isikolo siphethwe ngokufanelekileyo

  • Ukudala umoya wesikolo okhuthaza ukusebenza kweqela labasebenzi kunye ngempumelelo nangendlela ehlupheza ingqondo

  • Ukubethelela umnqophiso wokuzimisela (mission) nombono (vision) wesikolo ezingqondweni zootitshala nezabafundi

  • Ukusebenzisa ikomiti ejongene nemiba ngemiba yemfundo ye-EMDC ekukhuthazeni indawo elungele ukufunda apho esikolweni

  • Ukubonelela i-EMDC ngeengxelo zenkqubela eyenzeka apho esikolweni

D. INZUZO EFUNYANWA EKUNIKWENI INGCEBISO

ISebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni lijonge ukuba ukutyunjwa komniki-ngcebiso kube yinzuzo kwinqununu echaphazelekayo ngezi ndlela zilandelayo:

  • Uphuhliso ngokwasemoyeni (psychological development)

  • Ukufumana ukuzithemba komntu yena buqu

  • Ukukhula ekwazini umsebenzi wobutitshala

  • Ukuziva isekhaya (ingelololo) iphakathi kwabanye abasebenzi

  • Uphuhliso lwezakhono zobunkokeli

  • Umdla ongaphezulu, inkuthazo namandla okuqhuba ulawulo lwesikolo ngokufanelekileyo

E. UMLONDOLOZI (CURATOR)
