2. IBAKALA 9
2.1 Imigaqo yokupasa (Promotion requirements)
  • IBakala 9 libonisa ukufikelela esiphelweni kweCandelo leMfundo noQeqesho Jikelele (General Education and Training Band).

Umfundi uya kunyuselwa ukuba ufumana oku (“Upasile”) (ukhowudi 3) nokuba ngaba kukuLwimi, uLwazi lokuFunda nokuBhala noNxibelelwano (Language, Literacy and Communication - LLC), okanye kuLwazi lweMathematika, kwiMathematika nakwiiSayensi zeMathematika (MLMMS), aze afumane ubuncinane “Upase ezithile” (ukhowudi 2) kwenye yezi nkalo zezifundo zimbini.

  • Kubafundi abafumana izithintelo emfundweni

    Abafundi abafumana izithintelo emfundweni abakwizikolo eziqhelekileyo nakwizikolo zabemfundo eneemfuno ezizodwa baya kulungiselelwa ngokuthi kwenziwe utshintsho apha naphaya kwikharityhulam, ngokuthi baxolelwe kwimiqathango ethile nangokuthi kuhlenga-hlengiswe iindlela zovavanyo ezisetyenziswayo.   • Abafundi abavela kwamanye amazwe (Immigrants)

    Abafundi abavela kwamanye amazwe ababe lapha kweli lizwe ithuba elingekho ngaphezu kweminyaka emithathu (oko kuthi abaqale ukufunda kwisikolo saseMzantsi Afrika emva koJanuwari 2001) baxolelwe kumqathango wokufunda iilwimi zaseburhulumenteni ezimbini.   • 3. UKUQHUBELA PHAMBILI KWABAFUNDI (PROGRESSION) KUMABAKALA R-8
    3.1 NgokomGaqo-nkqubo woVavanyo kazwelonke (IGazethi kaRhulumente 19640, 23 Disemba 1998) kusebenza kula mabakala umgaqo wokuqhubela phambili komfundi noontanga bakhe.
    3.2 “Oontanga” (Age cohort) bomfundi kuthetha abanye abafundi abaqala ukufunda ngonyaka omnye naye okanye abalingana okanye ababulingana naye ngobudala.
    3.3 Ngokomgaqo-nkqubo wovavanyo, ”ukuqhubela phambili” akumele kuthethe ukuba umfundi utyhalelwa nje phambili kwibakala elilandelayo qho ngonyaka. Kuthetha ukuba umfundi ukuqhubela phambili ngenjongo yokuba afumane iziphumo ezikumgangatho ofanelekileyo kwelo bakala ngawo wonke unyaka.
