In terms of the Education Laws Amendment Acts, certain sections of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act 84 of 1996) are being amended, with the result that the above-mentioned measures which were published in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary 5136 of 16 May 1997, had to be adjusted accordingly. |

A copy of the revised measures published in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary 5946 of 31 January 2003, is attached. These measures replace the measures referred to in paragraph 1. |
