The establishment of a central call centre for the Western Cape Education Department was announced at the latest roadshows for principals organised by the Chief Directorate Human Resource Management. All telephonic enquiries regarding personnel and finance will then be received at this call centre. |

Owing to new developments, as well as the lack of suitable accommodation, it will, however, only be possible to establish the call centre early in the new year. |
