In terms of the Education Laws Amendment Acts, certain sections of the above-mentioned Act are being amended, with the result that the delegations have had to be adjusted accordingly. |

For easy reference for principals, only a summary of the powers (sections) that have been delegated by the Head of Department (Head: Education) to principals in terms of the above-mentioned Act, is attached. These delegations come into effect immediately. |

Circular 0013/2000 of 13 January 2000 is therefore hereby repealed. |
