1. Non-Section 21 schools were requested in Circulars 0084/2001 of 22 June 2001 and 0069/2002 of 21 June 2002 to submit certified invoices for payment in respect of goods and/or services procured by the WCED on their behalf, within 5 days of receipt thereof. Unfortunately there are some schools which do not comply with this request.

To ensure that payment is effected timeously, principals are again requested to send, within 5 days of receiving them, the required invoices (on which the school stamp and the certifier’s name in print appear) and the delivery notes to the following address:
